Here are a couple of Kiri’s recent x-rays – I wanted to know how many puppies to expect! As you can see, there are a lot! The current thought is that there are 11 in there, though there might be a 12^th one hiding.

We are hoping she will wait until her due date, but she has been producing milk for the last week and often bitches with big litters will deliver a little early.

We are prepared with all kinds of baby bottles, goat’s milk and other things needed to help the pups and Kiri.

Hopefully Kiri will start labor and deliver the pups at a reasonable hour like she did last time… but whatever happens, we are ready…
